Brice created Unlocking Clinic Value™ from thirty years of experience across strategy, transformation, operational excellence and performance management — spanning banking, life sciences, energy and other complex, regulated environments, including four years working alongside McKinsey teams on major transformation programs.
That experience shaped more than a résumé. The weekly performance dialogue at the center of McKinsey's transformation work — a signal, a decision, an action, repeated on a fixed rhythm — became the operating logic behind the Strategic Command Center™.
For more than a decade, he has also built businesses in professional aesthetics, connecting large-scale transformation discipline with firsthand entrepreneurial experience in the sector.
